Go Cleanup Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Go Cleanup mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is developed and provided by Inak IT Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. What Go Cleanup Does

Go Cleanup helps you find and remove duplicate, similar, or unwanted photos, videos, audio files, and screenshots stored on your device; clean up duplicate or incomplete contacts; and, if you choose to connect a mailbox, clean up email. All photo, video, audio, and contact scanning happens locally on your device using your device's own photo and contacts frameworks. We do not upload your media or contacts to our own servers, and we do not operate a server-side copy of your photo library, videos, audio files, or contacts.

3. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Connecting an Email Account

The App does not require you to create an account with us. If you choose to connect an email account (for example, Gmail or Outlook) to use the email cleanup feature, you authorize the App to access that account through your email provider's own sign-in process. 5. Free Plan and Pro Subscription

Free Plan. The App is free to download and use. The Free plan allows up to 3 deletions every 24 hours in each of photos, similar photos, screenshots, videos, and audio files; up to 15 emails every 24 hours for email cleanup; 1 contact merge every 24 hours; and up to 3 incomplete-contact fixes every 24 hours per issue type (missing phone, missing name, or formatting). It does not include the "Merge all" contacts feature, and displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob.

Pro Subscription. Go Cleanup Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly or annual plan, that removes the Free plan's daily limits, unlocks "Merge all," and removes advertising. Subscription payment is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we never see or store your payment card details.

Billing and Renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when you subscribed (or a new price we've given you advance notice of, where required by law).

Managing and Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (App Store) or your Google Play account settings — not through the App itself. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly and have no ability to refund payments made through the App Store or Play Store.

Restoring Purchases. If you already own Pro — for example, after reinstalling the App or switching devices while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account — you can restore your purchase from the paywall screen's "Restore" link at no additional charge.

6. Advertising

Free plan users are shown interstitial advertisements supplied by Google AdMob when returning to the Home, Clean, or Settings screens. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data used to show ads, including advertising identifiers and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency. Pro subscribers are never shown ads.

7. Your Content and Responsibility for Deletions

You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, audio, screenshots, contacts, and emails you choose to delete or merge using the App. Deleted items move to a recycle bin (or your device's own "Recently Deleted" album on iOS) and are recoverable only for the retention period you've configured in Settings (7, 14, or 30 days), after which they are permanently and irreversibly removed. Merged contacts move their extra entries to the recycle bin the same way. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from your use of the App, including deletions or merges you confirm, items that pass their retention period, or your choice to empty the recycle bin.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services we do not control, including: Apple's PhotoKit and Contacts frameworks and Google's MediaStore and Contacts Provider (for on-device scanning); the Gmail API and Microsoft Graph API (only if you connect an email account); RevenueCat (subscription and entitlement management); Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (advertising and consent management); and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (billing). Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App in an attempt to bypass subscription checks or the Free plan's limits; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the App's normal operation.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Inak IT Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own devices for its intended personal purpose.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY DUPLICATE-DETECTION OR CLEANUP SUGGESTION WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT DATA LOSS WILL NEVER OCCUR.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INAK IT SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, CONTACTS, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID or Google account settings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Inak IT Solutions LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
